Cancellation Policy Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the company's income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, operating expenses, personnel, administration, etc. As the company will have incurred most of its costs before the tour begins, we must impose cancellation fees to cover these costs. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you the following cancellation fees: 30 days or more before departure - loss of deposit 15 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost*. From 7 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the tour. 48 hours or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost *. * or the deposit if it is greater. Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation policies, which will be communicated to the relevant Clients at the time of booking. All cancellations must be made in writing and by the person who submitted the reservation form. Send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to go4shuttleec@gmail.com. Once the tour has started, no refund will be made for any unused portion of the trip or services to be provided. If you wish to make any changes to the tour or abandon it earlier than planned, such modification or abandonment will be at your own expense and responsibility. You must also inform the tour operator in writing of the reason you are leaving the tour.
